I’m in my 7th year as the head baseball coach at South Salem High School in Salem, Oregon. We’ve won some games and lost some games; we’ve had players go on to be successful in various aspects of life, including a few having the opportunity to do some pretty special things in baseball; and I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way.

When COVID hit, I pulled the trigger and started the podcast, hoping to find some great people who could speed up my own maturation process as a coach. Hopefully you’ve enjoyed joining me on this journey to highlight some amazing coaches across the country!
